How can I change the product price within the title?

Your product has the special pricing option enabled so you need to change each product's price, to do it scroll down to the bottom of the product settings, the wizard on the screen you shared, and edit the current options: 

Place the mouse over to get the options.

Yes, I have changed the pricing here as well and it is still saying the wrong price in the title. Any other suggestions? 

You will see the original price in the form builder, but the correct one will be shown to your submitter and when you preview the form:
