Re: Career Health Diagnostic Form
Most of my JotForm questions are drop-down ones and they're not working well
QN1. MOBILE & TABLET VIEWS: The drop-down options are visible on Laptop view, but when viewing Mobile view, the drop-down choices seem to be too far Left Aligned so that only the ends of long worded options can be seen. Most options appear blank, although the answers populate if a blank field is chosen. But it is hard to choose an answer if you can't see it.
There is no option to fix this in : PROPERTIES/OPTIONS Tab
->>QN: How can this be fixed?
QN2. LAPTOP VIEW: The drop-down list gets cut off and requires scrolling down to see entire options
list on laptop view even though there is plenty of space to show the whole list on a 1 Question per page
view.
->> QN: Can this be fixed so the whole drop-down list is seen at the same time?

I have been testing your form and I cannot replicate the issue, please kindly see the following screen-cast about it:
May you please let us know if the issue happens with all the fields?
You may also provide us the details about the devices you have tested on, if possible, kindly share us some screenshots about the issue as well, the guide below will help you uploading the images since attaching them in email responses will not post them here.

Hi Kevin,
I have been viewing from the JotForm online "Preview Form", using Mobile view. I would attach a screenshot, but it won't accept pdf files.
All the drop down questions have the same issue in this JotForm Mobile view. Should I test it on an actual Mobile instead? When I do this via the url link, it seems to count every time I test as a live submission. Can the count be reset before I go live with the Diagnostic?
Thanks,
Nada

Hi Kevin,
I have now tested on a proper Mobile and the drop-downs are visible. The issue is with your Preview Form, Mobile View. If it is to be used as a valid way to check how the form will appear on a mobile, the Preview Form Mobile View should still be fixed.
Thanks for your help.

To which dropdown field is this issue related to when the form is previewed in Mobile view? You can take a screenshot and upload it here on the forum.
How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum
I tested the Mobile view on my cloned form, but I did not notice any issue.
Our recommendation is to test a form on an actual mobile device.
Test submissions and views should not be counted if you are logged into your account. I checked and you have 0 submissions and only 20 out of 1000 form views. The counter will reset on the first day of each month.
