A customer wants to change a detail in the form after she submitted it. Is it possible? How can I do that?

You can add an edit submission link in the autoresponder, for your users to edit their form after submission.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Thank you.

Thank you very much for the response. It's really helpful. I added that. But is there a way to edit the existing forms?

You can send the user manually the edit link. Here is how you can extract the edit link.
http://www.jotform.com/form.php?formID=FORMID&sid={id}&mode=edit
FORMID is your form ID and {id} is the submission ID which can be found in the submission window.
To get the submission ID, you must enable it in the submission panel settings.
Or you can edit the submission.
