I have an event registration form. I need to collect some information from the user, besides credit card information. Some users will pay by check, so not all users will need credit card processing.
Can I handle all of that with ONE submit button? I don't want to have separate buttons for users paying by check vs. credit card.
Thanks,
Sylvia

Yes, this is possible. You can setup a multiple payment on a single form. Please check out this guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-Form.

extended event registration form where users need to fill in a lot of
information besides payment information. If I include those fields in
the main (primary) form, will they be submitted along with the payment
information fields in either of the two secondary forms (depending on
which one the user chooses)? If not, how can I handle this situation?
Thanks,
Sylvia

What you can do is have the payment option selection first on top (main form) so they can choose whether they want card or check as payment. Once they selected, all the information should be included in the first and 2nd form, either ways they will still be submitting the same information whichever payment option they select.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
