Why my form is not editing properly?

Hi guys,

If you see in my account I have many forms which are filled in by the application. 

After I fill in a form, if I want to edit the information, the app does not allow me to do so, even worse, all the data that I collected is deleted.

Since I have all the form synced with Google Drive, I tried another way, trying to edit the information I registered to google drive. Same thing happens, all info get erased.

Could you please tell us more about the issue you're having? 

Like, are you trying to view submissions in submissions page or edit them there?

Also, what is the form you're working on where you're experiencing this problem?
