Cancel membership

I recently was charged for a membership that I thought to of canceled last month I would please like to cancel my current subscription. 

I checked our records and you are paying the subscription via PayPal. In order to cancel your subscription you can follow these steps:

1) Log in to your PayPal Account

2. Find the reference to the latest payment you have made to JotForm

3. Once found, click the subscription number for that transaction

4. Now click on the "Cancel Subscription" button and that is it
