I have been using an Excel document that agents complete a form through do forms. Once they complete and submit it automatically downloads the data to the excel doc and emails a completed version to me. I am looking to go away from do forms and just use JOTFORM exclusively for all my forms but I dont know how to do it or if its even possible.

You'll just need to disable the PDF attachment in your email notification's settings so it won't include any PDF file.
