After adding payment tools, submission data is not displayed in google spreadsheet.

    Hey, after adding my products on the form the submission data doesn’t fill into the google spreadsheet. If you ignore the product field, it does. I’m confused what the issue is

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Do you mean to say that the submission data of form is not being added to integrated google spreadsheet if your form has payment tool?

    With which form you are having this issue with? What is your Jotform account username or the email address you have used in your account profile? I am unable to find any details with your email address Alternatively you can also let us know any of your form ID, form URL or webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will trace your account.

    Basically, after integrating PayPal into the form and adding my products, the the submitted data isn’t getting filled into the integrated google sheet. If you skip the product option, the data does fill though.

    It is not recommended to modify the sheet or form after integration is set up as this can cause integration to break.

    Could you please try re-integrating your form with a new spreadsheet?

    Previously received submissions should be automatically forwarded to new sheet as well. 

    Please let us know if the issue persists afterwards.

    hey, thanks For the quick reply as always. 

    Ive now intergrated a new google spreadsheet to the form, but it’s still not filling the submitted data if the PayPal integration option is being used (my products). 

    Any idea how to fix that?

    If your form has a Payment field, the form submission does not get added to the submissions table until the payment is completed.

    - If the payment process is not completed, the submission will stay as Incomplete and can be found by clicking the Incomplete Payments in the Submissions Page.

    Incomplete Payment submissions do not get added to the spreadsheet.

    You can manually complete the submission to add it to the submissions table and to the integrated google spreadsheet. Please note that manually completing a submission will not process any payment. It will simply move the submission to the submissions table.

    - If the payment process is completed, the submission will be synced to the integrated spreadsheet as expected.
