Why is my form not working?

    why is my form not working? I thought I was suppose to be able to receive 100 submissions, so far I’ve only received 7 and the link no longer functions.

    You had already exceeded the allowed payments limit for the month. Because of this reason, your form shows the form over quota message. You can follow these solutions:

    You can upgrade your account from pricing page or otherwise, you will need to wait for next monthly cycle to reset your account usage limits.
