How can I avail the non-profit discount?

    Hi,

    I received the email for the non-profit pricing approval for my account, but when I try to pay for it I am directed to the normal pricing.

    Can you please help me to subscribe to the discounted price?

    I have checked your account and see that it is already approved with the non-profit discount. You'ld have already received an email with the confirmation. You may try logging from your JotForm account and login again to upgrade your account at discounted price from the pricing page or the upgrade/billing section of your account settings after logging into your JotForm account.
