When someone select an option, that option will no longer be available to next

Hi,

I would like to create a jobs sign up form where once someone selects a job (and they can choose only one), the job is no longer available to other people signing up. For example:

Preschool Parent Jobs Available:

Fundraising Chair

Fundraising Committee Member 1

Fundraising Committee Member 2

Hospitality Chair

Hospitality Committee Member 1

etc.

I'm not sure how to do it so that once one parent selects a job and hits submit, it's no longer available to other parents filling out the form. Is that possible?
