How to create an entire visual report

I am trying to create a report from a survey I created in jotform and need assistance. I followed your step by step instructions for creating a visual report, however, when the report downloads, it only shows 2 questions from the survey (screenshot provided). Your instructions on how to capture the remaining survey questions tell you to "add" or "build" any remaining questions to your report. ...How do I do this? Is there a way that I can capture the entire visual report without having to manually build it? If not, could you please provide me with step by step details on how to build the remainder of the visual report, as the instructions on your site are not thorough. Thank you.

The visual report will show you just the two charts for the first two questions. You will need to pull down the blank page from the bottom right corner, so you can have more space to add a new chart:

Also, you need to click on the chart's gear icon, in order to select a different Chart Data.

Let us know if you have more questions.

Are you able to send a screen shot version of these instructions. I am trying the method you provided, however the remainder of the survey is still showing. I need help with the following:
    1. Where do I retrieve the rest of the survey questions
    2. How do I add them to the report?
If you have a screen shot version or something visible that would assist so that I can actually see how to do this, that would be great. Thanks for your help.

    1. Where do I retrieve the rest of the survey questions

When you add a new chart, you can assign one of the rest of your questions as shown on this image:

    2. How do I add them to the report?

In order to add a new chart(where you can assign a new question), click on the "Chart" icon that appears in the tool bar:

    Hope this helps.

I do apologize, but this is still not quite working. I was able to add the new chart, however, when I try to select the question from the configuration option, it does not allow me to do so, nor does it capture the list of answers. It allows me to click I have provided an example below:

Also, I am only able to see the numbers from the results, but not the actual questions that were asked in order to determine those results. I have provided an example below:
    [cid:image006.jpg@01D434AA.95DC1460]
As you see, the survey is trying to capture the priorities that the Greater Bond Neighborhood Association selected to be the focus of the Neighborhood first plan, with ranking between 1-4. The results are showing the ranking, however it does not capture the actual “priorities” in which survey takers are selecting. How can I capture both the questions, as well as the answers?
Thanks for your help so far.

Seems that you tried to add an image, unfortunately, it did not went thru successfully. To post a screenshot, please make sure to follow this guide:

    How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

when I try to select the question from the configuration option, it does not allow me to do so

Please note that only a selected number of fields are supported when creating a Visual Report, you may view more details in here:

    How-to-Create-a-Visual-Report-with-Your-Form-Submissions

May I ask what field were you trying to select?

I am only able to see the numbers from the results, but not the actual questions that were asked

Unfortunately, I am unable to understand your query for this, the screenshot would really be useful.

The results are showing the ranking, however it does not capture the actual “priorities” in which survey takers are selecting. How can I capture both the questions, as well as the answers?

For Matrix field, you can only choose to create a chart per row as it is not possible to have a graph/chart that has multiple attributes (row name, column name, values per row).

Also note that the report will only show you the values selected but will not sort them according to "priorities".
