For the account, it has reached its limit on uploads. As a free subscription, you are limited to 100MB per month.
You could delete submissions to free up some space. For more information on limits, you can check this link https://www.jotform.com/help/408-Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits

Yes, that is correct. I wish we were getting 100 per month however, there
may be some that need deleting. The person who was handling our website and
this Jot Form is no longer with the company. Is there a way to re-set the
password?
