Request to cancel account subscription

    Upon checking your account, I see that it is already scheduled to be canceled at the end of its current cycle. Your subscription was recently renewed (August 17, 2018). You can verify this information when you check the invoices in your account — How-to-check-invoices. Also, when you check the billing section of your account, you will see the date when the subscription will be canceled — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
