My form doesn't appear to be published

When I click on the link from my website, the jotform form I created comes up but it is still editable.  It doesn't appear to be published.

A client told me that when she clicked on the link it brought up a "Jotform" and it looked to her as though she had to build the form.

Can you help????

The link you are currently using is the form builder URL, which attempts to open the form for editing.  The publish URL is different and that URL for your form would be as follows:

https://form.jotform.com/82403900105140

Open the form from that URL and it can be filled/submitted.
