    ***Yes I have cleared out old submissions but I thought it goes by the amount you have submitted in a month not the total stored?

    I have checked your account and it seems you have reached your monthly limit.


    Have you tried deleting those sample submissions to free up some space?

    You can upgrade your subscription to increase the submission limit and can cancel it on the Sept 1, 2018. You will not lose your forms if you downgrade your subscription.However, if you have more than 100 submissions when you downgrade your subscription, you will still be over the limit.

    You can upgrade to a paid monthly plan if you want to receive more submissions, and cancel it before the cycle ends, so the subscription does not renew for the next month. 

    Also, please note that deleting submissions will not clear the monthly submissions count, the count resets the first day of each month.

    Also, don't worry, your forms will not get deleted by cancelling the subscription and downgrading back to free plan.
