Sending form back to line manager

Hey,

I've created an application form for a office pass and have also created a collapse section at the bottom which is a managers approve or reject section.

Is it possible (and if so how) to send a notification to the line manager saying this form has been completed and then links them back to the form so they can review it and press accept or reject?

It is possible to send an edit submission link in a notification or autoresponder email:

The link would allow the manager to edit the specific submission and resubmit the form with the additional data.
