Embedded form get variable from Google Gsuite

I'm using an embedded form on a Google Site which requires someone to be logged into our domain to access. Is there a way to pass the email (username) variable from Google to the form itself? I'm trying to figure out a way to prepopulate the email address on the form.

If the form is embedded, then you can just put the prepopulated URL in the SRC attribute of the Script embed code or iFrame code.
