    Can I use jotform offline?

    You can create a PDF of your forms: https://www.jotform.com/help/212-How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form

    And collect maybe printed fillings or open it in several tabs on a device make users fill the form, have the device back online when you will submit.

    Point is that the form cannot be submitted if there isn't an Internet connection.
