Error - File Upload Failure

Hello we keep getting this message on our forms. We've made sure that the options for multiple files is turned on, and that file size limit is turned off. 

Can you help?

I have made two test submission on your form and it went through successfully. One from the Mozilla browser in my desktop and another from the iPhone. I could not replicate the issue in either of the two.

I would request you to share the error screenshots for the same with us.

Also, provide us with more details about the error and the browser in which you are facing this issue.
