Is there a way to pre-populate a form?

Is there a way to pre-populate a form based on a previous from filled out?

For example, I want to put an external link or Drop down menu at the confirmation page that will direct them to another form I create here on JotForm with Information such as Name, Etc, from the previous form pre-populated.

Yes, this is possible in JotForm. You can either redirect the Thank You Page automatically to the prepopulated link or put the link in the Thank You Page.
