How to add repeating section with totals?

I want to make something that looks like a Table to capture expense claims. Two things I don't see:

1) I want the user to be able to add lines to the table.

2) I want to sum up a column and put the total on the page.

You can make use of the configurable list widget. However, this will not allow you to add up the fields.
