We are a group of 200 people who make outing on public and private grounds we have a maximum of participant according to the place visited
If a family consists of 5 people, they must now complete the same forms 5 times.
    Thanks

    Hi,
If I understand your question correctly, you want a duplicated submission when the form is submitted. If so, you could duplicate to a second form by pre-populate the first form. Here are the guides:
    - https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form

    No
I would like to enter in a field a number of people from 1 to 5 and this number is reduced to the submission limit example 30 is the limit in parameter and it remains 25 submission

In that case, add a number field and a number of name fields in the form. Say, if you want people to submit up to 5 names per submission, add 5 name fields.

Now, based on the entered number, show the name fields by conditional logic:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

Here's a demo form you can check: https://form.jotform.com/82668555528976.

    The conditions are like these:

You can do the same on multiple fields.

1 form fill with 5 peoples on it
how to make it 25 places available

second form fill with 5 peoples on it now we have 20 places available

You may set the form to receive a number of submissions from the form settings.

I want a duplicate submission when the form is submitted Image 1 Screenshot 20

Once the form has received 1000 submissions as in the example, it shall be disabled automatically. So, you may ask the users to submit the form 5 times separately for 5 members in the same family. Please refer to the guide below to set the limits.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/137-How-to-Limit-Submissions-in-a-Form

Alternatively, you may use one of the following widgets by setting a limit and enabling the user to select the number.

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/inventory

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/quantity_gift_registry

You may setup a condition to hide the submit button if the specific widget field is not filled.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Since the issue with the widget is not related to the thread, we have moved it to a separate thread and shall be addressed there shortly. Please follow the link below:

    https://www.jotform.com/answers/1591925

Due to the issue with the inventory widget, you may consider using the other widget to see if that works.

    Thanks!
