How to create a smart form?

Hi there!

I was wondering if Jotform is able to make forms that remember other details?

E.g. you write your name in at the beginning and it copies throughout automatically?

Any help in how to make this happens would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, I am not sure if I understood the idea correctly. There is a widget, which populates the form based on the code entered: How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget
