My Welcome page isin't working

    Hello All, here is my form link:

    my welcome page will not start the process of this form and I have no idea why. Please help.

    I am not sure if I have understood your issue correctly. I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. Your form's welcome page seems to load correctly and I was able to go to next page as well. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please explain your issue a bit more in detail and we will try to help you. You may also like to share a screenshot of the issue as well.     It finally is working. I guess I shouldn't say finally...it was working last night. But for some reason, the welcome page was taking a long time to load, i.e. over 2 minutes before the "Start" button link would take me to the next page/question. When I took out the welcome page, the questions and their 'next' buttons worked immediately.
