URGENT: Info not connecting with Drive

Hello! 

I wrote last time because the forms were not being saved in our Drive file even it was integrated. You made some changes and I integrated it again but it didn't work and now we have some new forms filled in the jotform system but NOT in our driver and we really need them in our drive Urgently. 

Can you please help us as soon as possible?

Unfortunately, I did not find the previous thread you are referencing to. 

May you please kindly try removing the integration and connecting it again? 

If the problem persists, please share us the form where the issue happens, we will have a look on that. 

Hi, I found the forms, but all the information attached was saved in just 1 folder, instead of creating a folder for each person as it used to be. Can you please advise me about how can I get a separate folder for each person that fills the form, where their documents get saved?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to edit the integration, you will need to remove it and then re-integrate your form to set the sub folder. 

To remove the integration, edit your form in the builder and go to the settings tab, click on the integrations section and select the Google Drive integration, once you're on the integration wizard click on the remove integration button: 

Then while setting up the integration again you will be able to set the sub-folder where the submissions will be sent to, note that the integration will set the main folder automatically and there is no way to select an existing folder from your Google account.
