Preview Before Submit

I found this widget by searching but I am unable to locate it while editing my form under the form element section.

To locate the Preview before Submit widget , please follow the instruction below. 

Click Add Form Elements > Widgets tab > Search "Preview Before Submit"

But when I follow your directions "preview before submit" is not an option
as illustrated in the attached screenshot.
Any assistance is appreciated.

In the Card Form Layout, this Widget is not available and the option is enabled in the SETTINGS section of the Form Builder. 

Go to SETTINGS > SHOW MORE OPTIONS > Review Before Submit and then select Yes in the drop-down.
