I would like to make the "Polo" section look similar to the products section of the Responsive Product free Order Form template (I've attached a picture). What would be the best way to do this?

Could you please share the template URL/Link so we can check it?

You can try creating Sub-Products Based on a Product Option. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/264-Create-Sub-Products-Based-on-a-Product-Option

    Here's the demo form: https://www.jotform.com/63353988539978

You will just need to add the T-Shirt Size to replicate the screenshot you have provided.

I hope this helps. Please try it and let us know if you have questions.

    This form here: https://www.jotform.com/build/82964038765166

That will not work because I need to show and hide different products according to an employee's position. I was told on this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1619762-Show-only-certain-products-depending-on-previous-question I would have to use checkboxes, textbox fields and dropdowns.

To clarify, do you want to use Payment Integration in your form?

If not, you can manually add them using checkbox  and dropdowns. Then add the show/hide condition. https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

You can also check that thread as it seems to be related to this thread.

Yes I'm planning on using the Purchase Order Form. My question is how can I hide the big red label to that say Color, Size, and Quantity (Referring to this form: https://www.jotform.com/build/82964038765166) and then put all those options on the same line. I want to make it look like the picture I linked.

To clarify, I'm not asking how to hide entire textboxes or dropdowns based on user answer, I'm asking how do I hide PART of them, no matter what?

When you use Purchase Order Integration, the fields should be exactly as your screenshot.

Please give it a try and let us know if this fits your requirements.

    Thank you.
