We have been using JotForm for a few months now to receive orders for food business.  My life is complicated because I receive the form, put the information into quick books, invoice then receive payments through quick book payments.  I know there is a way to create an order form that can serve as an invoice and collect the payment (we'd like to use paypal) all in one.  I just need HELP!  THANKS  Susan Cavin

You can create payment form with PayPal integration with JotForm. Here is the article that helps - Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form

This way users can place an order from the form itself and Payment could be received through PayPal method.

You can also send an invoice from JotForm using an Autoresponder email. You can create a custom invoice PDF template as an Invoice and use Unique ID widget to assign an auto-incremental order number.

Please fo to Autoresponder and Enable the PDF Attachment From the Advanced Tab as below-

Click OPEN IN PDF EDITOR to create your custom invoice templated.

Here is the Quick video on how to create PDF Templates -

If you need to invoice using Quickbooks then you may look at using Zapier automation for Jotform + Quickbooks integration, here is the link - https://zapier.com/apps/jotform/integrations/quickbooks

I hope this helps. Let us know should you need further assistance.
