We are not receiving email notifications

    Hi

    this is the second time today I am asking for help for the same problem

    from my phone I am testing the form, I go through all the questions and click submit it takes me to the thank You page. 

    I never receive a copy of the form though. I've been through every setting I can find but don't know why I am not receiving them.

    I don't get the form from the auto responder or from the regular area. I thought about my spam folder too, yes I checked, I even decided to add another email address as well. it does not receive the emailed form either.

    I have other forms and they work fine. 

    I must have screwed up a setting somewhere along the way but don't know where.

    Hello,

    I have checked previous threads you created and it seems that your email address was in our bounce list: www.jotform.com/answers/1632197

    How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

    My colleague has removed your address from bounce list. Can you please confirm if you are still not receiving email notifications? 

    Is your form embedded on a web site? If yes, could you provide us the link to it so we checked it closer?
