total submission storage limit

    Hello I have an account that has been frozen because it reached it's 500 submission maximum. If I delete some of the submissions will it be reactivated or is this a 500 submission lifetime max and now I have pay for additional submissions? Please advise. ASAP

    I have checked your account subscription and you have upgraded to Storage  plan. This plan would give you unlimited total submission storage. The total submission storage is the limit for your account to receive submissions. Your forms will continue to receive submissions but the old submissions will be deleted to give way for the new ones
