Slider with number of questions answered.

Do you have a contact line I can call? - I want to create a slider which totals the numbers from questions answered

Are you trying to calculate the number of questions answered or a number of options selected in multi-choice questions? 

In the case of the first scenario, it may be difficult to calculate. 

However, in the second scenario, you can enable the calculation values and assign a value of 1 to each option.

Then add a form calculation widget and calculate the total. They can be done using a conditional logic
