Problems with asmSelect widget

    Dear reader,

In my form, I have used the asmSelect widget for participants to register their preferences for an event that I am organizing. However, I am increasingly receiving the feedback that when they fill in the form, and thus select their preferences, that the email confirmation shows only one or several of the options they have selected.

I am not sure how to fix this? Is there any way you could help?

    Many thanks in advance,

    Chris

I have compared the widget data in the submissions page with the email logs but I could not find any email in which the selected options were missing.

Do you have the submission ID of a submission for which the email that was sent only showed one of the several options that they have selected?

My apologies but my question was not correctly formulated: The problem is not that the email does not correctly reflect the submissions, but that the submission and the confirmation email do not match the options that are selected by the participants.

For all I know the participants are to blame themselves, but I just wanted to know if perhaps it was a known problem that could be fixed before we receive any further incorrect applications.

Submissions where this problem occurred are 4173180550862657173 and 4175029052919798497.

However, I have edited these submissions manually after being notified of the mistakes.

We are not aware of such an issue with the asmSelect Widget and I could not replicate it on my end. If you can replicate it on your end, please let us know on how to do so and what kind of browser and OS you were using.

If you want, you can use a different element that has a similar function.

For example, the Multiple Selection Widget, the Multiple Choice element, or even the Dropdown element (multiple selection must be enabled for the dropdown element and the users must hold the Shift key when selection multiple options, so this is probably not a good replacement).
