Hi,
Yes, you can and it's so easy!
Please follow the steps;
https://www.jotform.com/help/409-How-to-Integrate-JotForm-with-Zoho-CRM
With Zoho Integration, not all field types are supported.
Supported fields are the following:
- Text Box
- Dropdown
- Check Box
- Radio Button
As much as possible, use the Full Name, Email, Address and Phone Number fields. They work best as counterpart fields in Zoho.
Thanks.

Dear Cansu,
Please read my question...
I did not ask about the type of fields I asked about Zoho CRM modules in other than Contacts and Leads?

Hi there,
It seems that you would need to create a custom list view for the specific modules.Reference:
https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/customization/list-views.html#Create_Custom_List_ViewsI didn't replicate the issue yet but I've checked it. In case you need further assistance, please just ask and we'll do any required tests to ensure that it works fine on your end.
Let us know if the issue persists.

Hi,
As you see in my screenshot, there is only 2 options: contact and lead.
I don`t have all the list you show.
Or you mean all this in my Zoho account?

Hi there,
You're right, I've suggested creating a custom list view on your Zoho account.
Instructions: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/customization/list-views.html#Create_Custom_List_ViewsIt should display in the JotForm settings afterward.
