Hello. I'm not sure I understand the pricing structure. What is the difference between a monthly submission and a payment. We publish three trade magazines each of which receives a small number of paid subscriptions each month (under 30). How would this be billed by Jotform?
Thank you
Peter

When a form is filled out and it was successfully submitted and received by your account, then that will be counted as a submission.
Monthly Submissions: This is the number of submissions you can receive on a monthly basis.
Monthly Payment Submissions: This is the number of submissions that have payment integrations on them. For instance, we have Paypal payment integration on our form, if a user fills out the form, submitted it and completed the payment, then that would be counted as a payment submission.
There are usage limits on the different type of accounts. You can choose a plan that is suitable for your needs.
For example, the Free account is allowed up to 100 submissions and 3 payment submissions per Month.
