Account suspension

    Hi there,


    I tried to login to my account and received a notification that it has been suspended without any further information. 

    Can you please let me know why this has happened, and how to have it corrected?

    Upon review of your account it was found that it had two forms collecting credit card information. Due to our PCI CSS compliance we are unable to allow the collection of any part of the numbers for credit cards in our servers.

    We have cleansed the forms and re-activated your account. Please do not develop forms of this type.

    There are payment integrations that will allow you to run the card payment safely:


    payment processors

    This will allow to collect payment but not the numbers.
