Emtpty Fields On Download Attachment PDF

We checked all our fields and they are correct. We've already opened a ticket regarding this and nothing has changed. Every PDF attachment that was downloaded has every single field as empty. We also saw that Jof Form went around and screwed around with the forms on our about when we started seeing this happen. Your placing your trademark and advertisements on everything that is downloaded or worked on. Thats Shaddy Joftform, it makes your company look cheap and makes the forms look unprofessional and cheap as well!

We've also noticed that the format in which the pdfs are being downloaded from both directly form the site have also changed. Its obvious you guys did something to screw things up and now its been weeks!

Also, the form belongs to the account username (retailpayments) and it is a free account. Please keep in mind that only paid account has an option to disable the JotForm Branding to the form.

the new look just looks cheap. its nothing more than a con job to bet business to start paying for your services. the new forms look like something from a mother daughter bake sale! If business were using it, you do a professional great job and then all of the sudden hit people with this. We just purchased MachForm which will not do what you did to us. Doesnt matter if we have to pay for it or not, but you just threw this on users that have been using it for years. The fact that you dont have a stand alone package that we dont have be forced into this basement business type form, is a joke.

you were the superior form company but now you just pushed us to Machform for this. You caused a problem out of no were, then claimed it was a problem, then said it was fixed and it never was. We never trusted to have 3rd parties to be able to control the business operations or functionality of our business, Jotform is the perfect example of how it can easily be done. Anyone that runs a business should have their own package purchased and in 100% control of, not going to a third party MachForm knows that and they offer their monthly and to buy it outf right.
