Changing Form Page Title

Hello, I cloned one of my forms (Miss Miracle Maker), so that I could have a new form for Miss Diamond USA. I've completed all the changes I need on the new form, but when I publish the link, and then click on it, the internet tab still shows Miss Miracle Maker, but the form is correct. Help! How do I get the tab to show the correct name of the pageant?

I've also changed the name of the pageant in all of the areas of the form that I know, but I don't know why the tab is incorrect. Help!

I've checked your form and identified that you didn't change the Form Page Title. This is the main reason why the name of tab appeared the same, please take note that cloned forms still adapt the page title of the original form. For you to be able to change this, you need to go to your Form Settings from there, browse for more options and look for the Page Title section.
