Anyone can assist with me as to why code does not work- form does not appear?

The form does appear , however you have to use right keyboard arrows to see the form. When first on the page, you see nothing. The form does not appear . It's just a blank space, you

Have to scroll to the right to see the form .. Also , it lets you skip through the form even if the fields are left blank..

Can you tell us which embed code did you use, please? Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use

Also, is your website build on a specific website building platform?

To be honest, it would be difficult for us to troubleshoot the issue without getting to check the website itself.

Would it be possible for you to create a test website that you will be able to give us permission to view/access?

Please try to embed the form using the iFrame method. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Here's a guide: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
