Formatting outputs for excel or csv

Is it possible to create an output with the question in column 1 and the answer in column 2 of the same row.

Also, if there is more than one answer, I'd like each selection to be in another column in the same row.

My intent is to provide conditional formatting to the answers

Right now the way the report runs, this is difficult because the answers are below the question

rather than being adjacent.

Unfortunately, we cannot edit how the submitted excel files are formatted.

The headers are on top the of answers and I'm not sure it is possible to convert the question to the 1st column and the answer on the 2nd column.
