Can I Add Hyperlinks Into a Form Field?

    I want to add a clickable link in a question.  yes it will take people away from the form, but they can come back to it.  I'd also like to format the text so that the www. is on a separate line.

    I have cloned your form and discovered that the field you've used in your form is "Short Text Entry", please be reminded that html tags cannot be attached or inserted in this kind of field. I would like to suggest the usage of "Text" field, by using this kind of field, you have to option to insert or edit links in your question.

    I also added custom code in your form to align one of the form line in the demo, below is the code I have used, please copy and paste it to your form's CSS area.
