Reports are blank

    Hi


    I hope you can help.

    We have a form for our fixers to fill out. When it uploads to google drive, the report is blank. it is all on the google spreadsheet, just not the report.

    I have redone the integration to see if that solved the issue but it doesn't

    I checked your account and the data is not set to store on EU datacenter.

    Please try enabling the Europe Datacenter and then re-integrate the form to Google Drive. Here's a guide: How-to-Integrate-a-Form-with-Google-Drive

    We've got the same problem; results are only showing an IP address. All other fields are blank. We already choose to store our data in Europe only. So, in our case, that can't be the problem/solution. Please help...hope you stored our data and can fix the submissions.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We had a temporary glitch with the server that caused the issue. However, the issue was quickly identified and already fixed by our backend team. The data should be displaying correctly for your forms.
