Can you please try this guide on how to embed forms on Blogger?

Let us know if the issue still remains.
Thank you.

Thank you for the response. The video you pointed me to above is exactly what I followed. The issue remains. I made a clone of the jotform and added it to a second Blogger blog with the same negative result - lots of white space. Here is the link:
cricketcoachingonlineblog.blogspot.com
Click on the tab Ask the Cricket Coach which is just above the date and you will see the problem - lots of white space.

I have checked your webpage and I was able to load your form.
Here is how I view your web page.
Have you tried viewing your form on another browsers and check if the issue still remains?
Thank you.

I didn't think to check different browsers. I use Firefox 63.0.3 (64-bit) on my desktop and it it is not showing on that version.
I have checked the link on my iPad Pro and it is showing in both Firefox and Safari (both up-to-date versions). I will install Chrome and Vivaldi today and check them both.
Look forward to you sorting out with Firefox the desktop Firefox problem as I don't wish to change browsers.

I have used FireFox 63.0.3 to check your form and the forms seems to be working correctly on your web page.
Screenshot:
Can you please try clearing your browser's cache in Firefox? Could you also check for add-ons that may be affecting the form in your web page?

It is not a cache problem as I have checked multiple times. I'll disable all add ons and try again and will get back to you with the result.

Disabled all add-ons then re-enabled on by one and found the culprit: Privacy Badger.
Thanks for your assistance

FYI: Privacy Badger allows users to disable it on individual domains which I have done for cricketumpiring.com. The form is now visible.
