Card Form: an option click a link that would take users to the last page of the form after editing Entry via Preview Page

When you edit an answer during ‘review before submit’ - it brings you to that question, and then you have to navigate the entire form to finally submit.

Is there a way to jump back to the summary page after editing an answer? If not, do you propose a workaround?

I'm sorry, I find no workaround for this function. You'll have to navigate either by clicking the next button(s) or through the progress bar at the bottom part of the card form - see to it that you have this option enabled in the form settings.
