I checked your account and noted that you are at FREE/Starter plan level.

Were you trying to upgrade to the next higher plan? You can do it in the Upgrade section.

To delete a form, go to your My Forms list https://www.jotform.com/myforms/

1. Select the form

2. Click on the Delete button on the top toolbar

This will delete the selected form.
