No link to download uploaded files from Google Spreadsheet

Hello,

I have one specific problem at the moment: files attached to my form (which is linked with google spreadsheet) cannot be downloaded from the spreadsheet because the link won't appear there.

We can see the link in the email sent after submission, but not in the spreadsheet for some reason.

Do you have any idea why this could be so? how it can be fixed?

We are currently not having any issues with our Google Spreadsheet integration. I have tested this on a simple form with a File Upload field and I can verify that the link is showing in the spreadsheet.

We have a tool that pushes the missing data from the form to the spreadsheet connected to it. I did that to your form. Kindly check if the upload links are showing.

If the issue is still the same, then I recommend you to remove the integration and then add it back. Please take note that this will create a new spreadsheet. Here's a guide: How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets.

I have tested a cloned version of your form and I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

I have manually pushed the submissions to your spreadsheet.

Can you please check if the links are still missing? If the issue still remains, you can try re-integrating your GoogleSheet. https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets

However, this would create a new Google Sheet link.
