    Do you want to download all submissions data from your google spreadsheet?

    You can export a spreadsheet in several different file formats, including Excel (.xls only), OpenOffice, PDF, Text, HTML*, and CSV.

    To export a spreadsheet, select File > Download as and select a file type. Then select Open or Save.

    However, If you were looking for something different, please let us know so we could check for possible options.

    Yes, I will want to download data into my google spreadsheet. Are you able to create this form for me?

    Hello - Unfortunately, we do not create custom forms, I can suggest to hire a developer/designer for that. But, if you decide to create form by yourself and would need help, we will gladly assist.

    When the form is done, it can be integrated to google sheets, this would allow you to receive new submissions on integrated sheet instantly: How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets
