It is saying that we can only use the form 1 time

it is saying that we can only use 1 time and we need to use multiple times in one day. please help!

I cloned your form and I found out that the Unique Question is set to "Office Last 6". Please take note that the Unique Question is used to prevent duplicate or multiple submissions that have the same answer.

It means that if the previous user selected "Office Last 6", any other user or the same user cannot select it anymore. If he/she selects it and then submits the form, that error message will appear.
