How to set up a store to sell subscriptions, 100+ products

I know there are web services out there but is there a way to sell subscriptions for 100+ products?  

I have need to offer child sponsorships for 100+ orphans through our non-profit.  I currently do this as static images, text and a link to a JotForm form specific to each child.  Just wondering if there is a way to automate this with a database containing image, text and link to complete sponsorship

Note that since it is a recurring payment, there is no option you can allow multiple selections of products.

You can add an image for each product. There is a file upload in the area, please use that if you want to add an image for the product items.

Lastly, 100+ products would make the form longer than usual forms. You may consider creating multiple columns as shown in the below guide:
