Size allotment

Can we deleted uploads from JotForm applicants since we have downloaded those files? This will free up space, or is it a matter of having used all of our free space and now we have to upgrade?

I recalculated your upload space and it is now showing 96.38MB. The limit in the Free plan is 100MB. Your account is now activated.

You can delete the submissions with uploaded files or attachments to clear your upload space. Here's how: How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data.
